Sharaz Mir – Director
Having spent three years at Guys Hospital qualifying as a dental technician, Sharaz proceeded to secure a degree in Dental Technology from the University of Sheffield. During this period the dental press was frequently populated with a diversity of papers written by him on a range of issues related to Computer Aided Learning.
Sharaz has spent over a decade working in amongst the dental sector servicing the clinical needs of dentists the length and breadth of the UK, his insight and knowledge in all things digital is unsurpassed – including x-ray imaging, CBCT and lasers.
During his spare time, he enjoys reading, movies and his family.

Sean Bowler – Director
Meet the man, and you will remember the experience. Sean is a true people person, with a legendary customer focussed background specialising in the dental sector for over a decade he has both the commercial insight as well as the technical knowledge to deliver beyond the expectations of any given Client.
With meticulous attention to detail and an envied command of design principals, Sean has personally managed some of the UK’s largest developments from conception through to delivery.
An avid Chelsea supporter (which we don’t hold against him) he also loves travelling, good food and wine as well as sea fishing.

David Brown – Technical Director
A qualified Electronics Engineer and Electrician, David is recognized for his experience in the dental field for over two decades, with 8 years as a Service Manager overseeing a large team of engineers which were servicing a client base of over 2000 dentists on some of the most advanced dental equipment in its sector.
Arguably the finest, most experienced and recognized Service/Support Manager in the industry, with the accolade of being referred to as one of the best engineers in Europe! David believes a company’s strength, repeat business and referrals come from quality maintained and cost-efficient service management procedures, which is what he ensures for Blueprint Dental.
Another fisherman, David also enjoys his food and wine and all things technical!

Paul Murray – Senior Field Service Engineer
Originally a Field Service Engineer, Paul developed his technical skills and applied his 15 years into Sales and has never looked back. With his technical knowledge and commitment to his customers, he is able to offer a rounded approach to sales, which customers find invaluable.
Another keen Chelsea supporter, he enjoys his music and spending time with his family.
