ORTHOPHOS XG 3D impressed the experts. Hamburg University Hospital world’s first user. New hybrid X-ray unit combines advantages of two-and three-dimensional imaging.
Hamburg / Bensheim, 15.11.2010. The new X-ray machine ORTHOPHOS XG 3D by Sirona has passed its first baptism of fire with flying colors. As the first users worldwide, the scientists tested the Center for Dental, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf device, the panorama 3D. Their conclusion after five months of use: The combination of PSA and 3D volume offers almost all diagnostic possibilities.
